Lockers.fr acts as the Data Controller, as a professional offering individuals and professionals storage unit, office, and domiciliation services.   • Purposes: Contract establishment, providing access to the storage site.
  • Legal Basis: Performance of a contract.
  • Retention Period: For the duration of the contract and 5 years thereafter.

2. Litigation Management

  • Purposes: Pursue debt collection or legal action (late/default payments).
  • Legal Basis: Legal obligation, Legitimate interest.
  • Retention Period: Until an amicable settlement or limitation period (pre-litigation); until all appeals are exhausted (litigation).

3. Video Surveillance

  • Purposes: Ensure the security of goods and people.
  • Legal Basis: Legitimate interest.
  • Retention Period: 1 month.
SUPPLIER Data Processing
  • Data Type: Name, email, phone, contract, invoice, Kbis.
