How to book a luggage locker?
The booking can only be made online, on the website lockers.fr.
The procedure is very simple:
1. Choose your desired duration of the rental (one locker per booking).
2. Login to your Annexx-Lockers account free of charge.
3. Pay online to finalize your reservation.
4. Free yourself of your luggage in a secure location and enjoy your day.
5. To reserve another locker, repeat the operation
What are the opening hours?
Annexx-Lockers baggage storage is open from 6 am to 10 pm every day of the week.
What are the dimensions of the lockers?
The locker measurements are: L 48cm x H 59 cm x P 85 cm. The size of our luggage lockers are adapted to most large suitcases. When in doubt, remember to check the size of your luggage before making your reservation. The maximum weight per locker is 30 kg.
Can I put more than one bag in the luggage locker?
Of course! Our lockers can hold a very large suitcase or 3 hand luggage bags of 25 x 45 x 56 or two shopping bags (tote bags, carrier bags). Therefore, you can store as many bags as you want in our lockers, within the limits of available storage space and taking into consideration the dimensions of the luggage lockers and the maximum authorized weight of 30kg. If necessary, you can book an additional locker.
What is the price for a locker?
The price is 12€/day/locker. If you store 3 pieces of hand luggage in one locker, you will be charged 4€/day/bag.
The price is given per day for use between 6 am and 10 pm. The price doesn’t correspond to a 24h rental.
What is the deadline for booking?
You can make your reservations online 24/7 up to a few minutes before needing your locker. Although, we do recommend booking quickly and as soon as possible, that way you are sure to have an available locker. You can book a locker up to 30 days in advance.
Can I book a luggage locker for multiple days?
Of course! You can book a luggage locker on the website for up to 14 consecutive days. For a longer reservation, please contact us from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm on +33(0)1 85 73 77 47 or at email@example.com. firstname.lastname@example.org.
How many lockers can I book at the most?
You can only reserve one locker at the time.
Can I pay for my booking on site?
All bookings must be made and paid for online on our website. The payment on www.lockers.fr is secure. Book now
When will I receive my access codes to the luggage locker?
You will receive your access code by email, text message and on your webpage when you reach the confirmation for your booking, after making your payment. You can check it anytime in your emails, text messages and on your webpage when accessing your customer account.
The locker access codes are unique and personal: they change for each new use to guarantee maximum security for your belongings.
How do I use my code?
There is one code per rented locker. This code allows you to open the door to the shop and open only the locker that was assigned to you.
I haven’t received my codes, what should I do?
It’s possible that your booking confirmation email with your codes was delivered to your “Junk” inbox. Therefore, you must always check you SPAM box. If you can’t find it, you can login to your account and view your bookings to find them.
Can I cancel my booking?
No, if you have already been charged for your booking and it is already in effect. Unfortunately, you can’t cancel it or request a refund.
Can I leave keys in my locker?
No, in order to guarantee maximum security, we can’t accept keys, identity papers or credit cards in the luggage lockers.
I have noticed a problem with my locker, what can I do?
You can report the problem by contacting us by telephone from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm on +33(0)1 85 73 77 47.
When can I pick up my belongings?
After 10 pm, no pick-up is possible.
You can pick up your belongings the next day and you will be charged an extra day.
To inform you of this, an email will be sent on the last day of your rental at 8 pm.
The luggage lockers are closed when I pick up my bags, what should I do?
Access to the luggage lockers ends at 10 pm, which we remind you of at 8 pm. If you weren’t able to pick up your belongings in time, you must return the next day and pay for an extra day.
Can I add an extra day to my booking?
Of course! Please contact us by telephone from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm on +33(0)1 85 73 77 47. You will therefore receive a new code for this period of time. This code cancels and replaces the first code you received when you placed your initial booking.
I have lost my access codes, what can I do?
You can find them by logging in to your customer account in order to check your code. You can also find them it in the confirmation email and text message that you have received.
Are my bags safe?
Absolutely! We have set up a video surveillance system that runs 24 hours a day and during the night, the site is under alarm surveillance.
If something happens, is there insurance?
Your bags are totally safe. In the unlikely event that there is a theft or any deterioration, the content of your locker is insured up to 300 Euros.
